Good Faith Estimate Notice

Under the No Surprises Act, all clients who are self-pay or uninsured have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the cost of care.
This estimate outlines the expected charges for services before your first appointment or at any time upon request.

At Sunflower Wellness Services, transparency matters. We’re happy to provide a written estimate so you can understand your potential costs up front. If you receive a bill that’s at least $400 more than your estimate, you have the right to dispute the charge.
