I started seeing Eugenia around December 2024, and honestly, she’s been amazing. Over the past year, she’s helped me work through so much and supported me through some really tough times. One thing I loved right away is how she keeps our sessions focused — I tend to procrastinate and go off topic, but she always finds a way to gently guide things back on track.
She was super flexible with scheduling, which helped a lot when I started a new job. We began with talk therapy and breathing exercises, and later moved into EMDR. I’ll admit, I thought EMDR sounded a little strange at first, but it’s been life-changing. It’s helped me reprocess old memories, and with the tools she’s taught me, I’ve learned to think before I speak and not react out of anger anymore. Which has helped with a majority of my relationships.
I’m so sad to be moving out of state because finding another therapist like Eugenia is going to be tough. She’s kind, understanding, and genuinely great at what she does. I can’t recommend her enough.
